Feta Cheese Dip

Tirokafteri is a bold and creamy Greek dip made with feta, yogurt, and spicy seasonings.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g DEVOO olive oil

  • ½ tsp bucovo (or crushed red pepper flakes)

  • Spicy paprika, to taste

  • 400 g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 200 g Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the olive oil, bucovo, and paprika. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add the crumbled feta and Greek yogurt.

  3. Pour in the spicy oil blend and stir thoroughly with a spoon until creamy and uniform.

  4. Serve in a small bowl, accompanied by sliced bread or pita.

Serving Suggestion:

Garnish with an extra drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of paprika for added color and flavor.
