Wrapped in buttery puff pastry and baked to perfection, each triangle is loaded with creamy feta, tangy kefalograviera, cottage cheese, and cream cheese—all brought together with aromatic mint and a touch of Dimitri Extra Virgin Olive Oil (DEVOO). Perfect for parties, brunch spreads, or a comforting snack straight from the oven.

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Puff Pastry:
If using frozen puff pastry, let it thaw at room temperature for about 2 hours until soft and pliable.

  2. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Mix the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta, grated kefalograviera, cottage cheese, and cream cheese.

Add the 2 beaten eggs, dried mint, pepper, and Dimitri Olive Oil. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well-blended.

  4. Assemble the Pies
Cut the puff pastry into squares (roughly 3×3 inches).

Spoon 1 teaspoon of filling into the center of each square.

Fold each square into a triangle and press the edges with a fork to seal.

  5. Add the Finish
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pies evenly spaced.

Brush each pie with Dimitri Olive Oil for a golden finish, or use an egg wash (1 egg yolk beaten with 2 tsp water) for extra shine.

  6. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

Serving Tip:

Serve warm with a side of olives, tzatziki, or a fresh Greek salad. These little pies also reheat beautifully for a next-day snack.
