15 oz artichoke hearts, drained and lightly chopped
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and very well drained
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

In a pot over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add the yogurt, cream cheese, Parmesan, spinach, artichokes, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Cook, stirring often, until all the cheese is melted and the mixture is fully combined.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to bring the flavors together.
Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and enjoy warm with pita, crackers, or veggies.
