This rustic black olive tapenade is bold, garlicky, and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pitted black olives

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup extra virgin DEVOO olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the olives, garlic, and salt.

  2. Pulse 5–6 times, or until the olives are roughly chopped.

  3. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and pulse until a coarse paste forms.

  4. Transfer to a small bowl and serve with pita bread or crackers.
