Dimitri’s Mango White Grape balsamic vinegar has been my go to for summer dressings and marinades since I discovered it at Dimitri’s stand at the Bel Air Farmers’ market many years ago. I make all my dressings from scratch, and when I start to get low on the MWG balsamic I get a little panicy. Its got the perfect amount of sweet to balance whatever savory ingredients I combine with it to create a deliciously balanced end product. I consider it a necessary staple in my pantry, and would not want to be without it. When I return to Dimitri’s area from my home in New Hampshire, I always bring my MWG balsamic bottles to the Farmers’ market for refill. Another earth-friendly service provided by Dimitri’s, which I think is especially important and somewhat exceptional for our time.
